I’ve purchased maybe a dozen maybe in two dozen watches from Watch dives and usually everything is pretty good, one particular watch I purchased was from chrnos was a black be looking 54 and it stopped working, I notified Watch dives, and this is what they sent me much to my surprise We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the unpleasant experience. For watches that develop any issues within the first two months after receipt, we can cover the shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or sending the watch back for repair. If the watch has been used for more than three months, we normally provide free repair service and free return shipping after the repair is completed, but the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the watch back to us. Since your watch has been used for more than six months, as a gesture of appreciation for your long-term support as a valued customer, we offered to cover half of the return shipping cost. This is a special arrangement made in good faith to show our sincerity and support. Thank you for your understanding. At the moment, we are unable to provide a prepaid return label. Would you be willing to contact USPS and ask whether they can arrange a package pickup from your address? If so, we can provide you with our return address in China, and you can schedule a pickup time directly with USPS. This way, you would be able to send the package to us without leaving home. If USPS is able to arrange a pickup service, could you please pay the shipping cost first? Once the package has been shipped and you provide us with the shipping receipt, we will reimburse half of the return shipping cost as previously agreed. Would that be acceptable to you? I asked him just to send me a shipping label and I’ll pay for the shipping to them and they insisted that I pay half in shipping to them which was going to be a hassle. My next step was to take to watchmaker and find out what the issue was the third wheel on a P 5004 was broken. I purchased another movement and installed it in my watch which cost me about $80, So in the future, I would suggest buying from Kronos if it’s a Kronos Watch or an octopus from octopus or a San Martin from San Martin, After all the purchases I made from Watch dives I feel that I should’ve gotten a little more consideration that I did have but anyway that’s my story
