Himanshu - provided invaluable assistance in getting our heating pan issues relived. He was very pleasant , had a great attitude and above all valued our time too. Technically he was quite knowledgeable, resourceful resources and provided good insight s on operations of machine. Liked his attention to detail and feel he great representative of the company.
After almost three weeks of continued daily communications with numerous Rotimatic Team members and their lack of follow up, including various mistrials and several missed scheduled appointments and their lame excuses. We finally had our Rotimatic Kicker plate jamming problem fixed, when Neelam Rathore provided excellent assistance, not only that she had our Rotimatic connectivity restored which was down for months! Till then We were beginning to lose faith in Rotimatic and its team members in its delivery, not to mention the lack of response from customer care to our emails. It’s equally difficult in not having doubts and reservations creeping in when have you purchased this expensive equipment at full price less than a year ago despite its not so positive reviews and subsequent lack of supportive comments on Rotimatic! With all above mentioned frustrations, excuses doubt and almost giving up! In stepped in God send Neelam Rathore whose patience, enthusiasm and diligence over almost two hours patiently guided us to have our equipment working, despite intermittent internet connections issues she remotely persevered! What a relief to have someone like her generously care and provide a quality level of detailed service after weeks of endless frustration! As true to her words she immediately followed up on a reassuring response on what steps to take etc in the event we had issues again? This is after our late 2-hour call. What dedication and reassurance of her customer service! Neelam thank you for saving our faith in Rotimatic and not giving up on us! In closing if we can provide a constructive suggestion to the Rotimatic support team this is after what we experienced over past three weeks due to time zone is being respectful in following through to scheduled troubleshooting calls and as customers, we are waiting for you on our time for your help. As we all have lives to get on with! So, if you can’t make the scheduled time, please at least have the curtesy to notify the customer, don’t keep them lingering. K & K Patel
