I bought a Saturn 4 16k Ultra last sept. Had to replace the resin tray twice during this time due to the brass pins breaking, then two weeks out of warranty the Z axis broke so the printer is no longer working. I contacted customer service and they were good enough to send me what they believed would fix it, which was a mainboard but I am not going to try and replace this, it's not a an easy job and I don't believe the problem lies with the mainboard. A £600 printer should not break after 1 year of modest use, I am very disappointed by this experience and would never buy another Elegoo product again. After doing some research I see this is a common issue with these printers, so obviously a very bad design.
