defective product & poor customer service
The lamp arrived but it did not turn on. When I emailed customer support about the defective product they wasted my time with several pointless emails where they tried to explain how to reattach internal components of the defective lamp. They sent a video explaining how to fix the broken components but the instructions were not in English. I tried to follow their instructions but it did not work. They then refused to refund me. Total scam of a company
