bought a peel package, and was persuaded to get another laser package. went to the other clinic as told that only the doctor could do the procedure. before the treatment start, i was asked to sign a form and the declaimers. although i pointed out that i had one of the condition on it and dont think i should go ahead with the procedure, the staff asked me to see doctor anyway and must sign if not the doctor will not want to see me. turns out i was right, my condition was not suitable for the laser at all. asked for a refund, took 3 months and they by themselves decided to only refund partial the amount paid without gst and the grab charges. until now still not resolved. beware if you are joining.
