1. Online, I wanted to purchase the use of PDF Suite “Standard version”) for your sale price of $29.25 (instead of your “regular” price of $59.95). After I put in my credit card information, my screen showed that I was a purchase of your “PRO” version with OCR capabilities, and during the transaction, your system had changed my cost to $172.80. There was no way to go back or undo that transaction. 2. I never activated your software because your online delivery was forcing an unwanted purchase of your most costly software. 3. Because of your unscrupulous online sales mechanism forcing users to purchase the most expensive level of your software, and your dismal customer service practices, I will never want to use your software, even if you correct your disingenuous sales delivery web portal. You also advertised your “24-hour contact number, 1-888-363-0086, but it does not yield a live answer and only plays a message that your service is unavailable, no matter when or how often you call back. 4. Your AI Bot (which calls itself “Mikey”) keeps offering a 50% discount which I am not interested in. I only want 100% of my $172.80 reimbursed that you took from my credit card. I demand all of my money back because I never activated the software and I will never do so with your company in the future. 5. I have written to Trustpilot and Sitejabber and the FTC to complain about your unscrupulous website and software. Refund all my money immediately or you are committing business fraud.
