I ordered a size 37 shoes for a customer. The order took a little over a month to arrive. I kept contacting them about the purchase as it was for a customer and I try to maintain a reasonable delivery standard. They told me it's Chinese New years and I should just wait, and so I did. When my order finally came and I thought great I could finally ship to the customer. The shoe was a size 9. I spoke to the customer service and they said the only thing they could do is refund me $5 dollars because it wasn't a big deal. I ended up having to reorder the size 37, it's been a week and the order still hasn't been shipped out. Long story short, my customer requested a refund and because of the "not so big deal" I lost that sale, two import fee, two Delivery fee @ 70 dollars each.
