I have a claim that does not want to be honored. My vape is 35 days old. Phone number does not work, people on the live chat just kept knocking me off because they didn’t want to deal with the issue. I sent all the pics, receipt, etc and was told I would receive an email with a ticket number for my replacement, but nope never happened. I would highly recommend no one buy a Geek Vape, because apparently they don’t back their warranty, or have anyone that will talk to you! Never seen a company be so unprofessional in my life.
