Friendly and professional but quality can be better. Left some dirty cleaning cloth at random places
Bad Support
Bad Support. Scheduled a payment and they wont act on it until the last minute (literally days before the scheduled payment) and requested more details, after sending the details, no follow-up, nothing. Resulting in missed payment. Second time, decided to reach out early to check, raised a ticket and it was automatically closed immediately, reason given was 'didnt hear from me', but I didnt even get any request/reply from them. SUCKS. Better to just use bank's payment for miles point.
