Do not support this business!!
I purchased a dress without reading reviews which was a big mistake! The dress was extremely poor quality and did not look at all like the picture. I requested a refund and as everyone else mentioned they offer to refund part of the money and you keep the product or can follow their strict process to send the item back, once I said I would return the item, I still was given an offer of more money refunded without the product being returned and again pushed to return the product. I followed the return instructions to a tee, send tracking information and was told when they received the product it would take 5-10 business days for money to be refunded. At 10 days I contacted them again following up the refund only for them to now tell me that it will now be processed and that it can take up to 7-15 business days to receive the refund. Not good enough especially when the full amount of the product is not being refunded. Never purchase from this company… it is a scam with poor quality clothes and the worst customer service I have ever experienced online shopping!
