Great customer service, eSim so far working well in Brazil
I purchased an eSIM from Jetpac to stay connected while in Brazil. Although easy to install, at first it didn't seem to work, and I had Ianne from the service department helping me. In the end, he sent me a new eSIM and worked with me in the settings to ensure it worked perfectly! Once up and going, JetPac seems to be a great value, and the customer service was stellar! Taking away one star only because it was necessary to have a replacement eSIM in order for it to work. I would certainly recommend Jetpac!
