I had to pay and they never refunded me back as promised
The incorrect product was delivered, then I had to pay to return it, they promised to refund me and finally after several back and forth they did it. While I still never got my bag, I really appreciated the effort they put into finally resolving and refunding my shipping charges. Thank you!
