Can't Cancel the Vampires
When you sign up, they force you to subscribe to a continuing monthly fee, even though you only need service for a single event. They say you can "cancel any time". But when you try to do this you hit a stone wall. When you try to contact them by telephone, you hit a stone wall. Eventually, I solved the problem by closing my bank account and credit card and moving them to different banks so that charges to the old accounts can not be passed through. I would give them zero or negative stars if this was an option. They are not ethical. Note that they do not regard a complaint about failed attempts to cancel as a cancellation request. Even after seeing such a complaint they do not cancel. They continue their monthy $45 billing, in my case and in several others. Let them go pound sand. Why should I pay $45 every month for eternity for services not needed, not wanted, and not provided? Hey, CallOnDoc, I know you see these postings because you reply to them, so CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL. Right now! Don’t come back and say you can’t find my cancel request because here it is for the whole world to see. Yes, I will be delighted to face them in small claims court.
