Further Issues
I didn't really think that I'd have to write another review about COSHD.co.uk especially since I have not made another purchase from them. I reccomend you read my first review as everything in it still holds true and I reccomend you contact an Ombudsman. After my previous issue with Coshd.co.uk I settled for a 50% refund. Not ideal but probably the best i was going to get after around 20+ emails. I thought fool me once shame on me and took the hit. However, some weeks after that settlement I was contacted again by Coshd.co.uk apologising for the inconvenience and poor customer service and offered me a full refund in exchange for deleting my negative review on Trustpilot. I still have not recieved said refund. They tried to guilt me with profit margins and statistics then eventually back tracked on the full refund (despite being entitled to it, without the need to ship back to their supplier) and acted as if the refund had never been promised. I didn't think my experience could have gotten much worse but I was wrong. Over 15 emails and almost 2 weeks later, I am left somehow more disappointed and frustrated than before. Same as the last review AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD and do not fall for the obviously fake or fluke positive reviews.
