Stayed in Dorsett City London from 12feb-15 Feb. The hotel systems were very slow during check in hours, this caused such a huge inconvenience to my schedule, ontop of this I was charged £50 deposit and was told it would take 3 days to transfer to my account after checkout then I was told 7-15 days and it’s the middle of MARCH and I haven’t received anything. Such appalling service, never staying here again. Very incompetent staff and they will for sure steal your money.
