Order didn’t arrive
Order didn’t arrive. I emailed several times. Was told on 4th Feb package might be delayed and asked to wait longer. I then emailed 28th Feb and was told my package arrived in January and there was nothing they could do to help me. I then emailed several times asking for refund as my item did not arrive and was ignored. I emailed again on 11th March, they replied on the 12th March (today) saying my package might be delayed and could I wait for delivery. Despite being told previously the same thing and then it had been delivered in Jan. Very frustrating. Thankfully PayPal refunded me no thanks to the customer services of this company.
