The worst experience ever with Exploretrip. This is my first and last time. I don't recommend this platform at all. the website didn't let me add bags and I had to do it in the airport. the cost was crazy expensive (unrealistic) $120 for just one bag. Second, They don’t issue tickets just reservations and put you in stand by in all flights. I was with two little kids and they flights were oversold, so my trip was supposed to be at 3:45pm they send us at 8:45pm Horrible service, treatment and experience. I sent an email and they responded that I have to call, I called and they are rude over the phone and blame the airline.
