CHECK BEFORE PURCHASE!
I purchased TunePat Netflix downloader and it's been working great so I decided to get TunePat HBOMax trusting that it would be the same; bad mistake. TunePat HBOMax did not work at all and wasn't able to download a single video since purchased. I contacted customer support right after I noticed the software wasn't working and they kept telling me to be patient and that their techs were working to fix the issue. After multiple attempts to fix and still wasn't working so I asked for my refund back and was told that my "refund period was ended." I have all the email records as proof if only I could upload them here. So I would definitely make sure the softwares are working correctly before making a purchase and don't assume all of their softwares will work the same just because you got lucky with one.
