Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I purchased a geek vape m100 from my local vape store after a, while the vape kept cutting out under the 90 days garentee so I contacted geekvape customer service after dealing with a few robots I thought I got through to someone with intelligence sending all my info and a video of the vapes problem, the emails are like playing ping pong with them and eventually they said they would replace the vape, so after yet more emails to robots I'm still waiting to see if it has been dispatched still ongoing, nearly three months now, and before geek vape respond with contact our custor service team, no thanks I've been there done that at least a dozen times very poor from them if only they were truthfull with people
