Jake steiner. probably not his real name. claims to have put a method of reversing myopia. and sources his theories with cherry picked specific articles that do not even fully support what he claims. axial delongation might be possible through stimulus. and it has been proven in some animals. but that does not have to apply to humans. many people claim to have fixed their myopia through Endmyopia. but i have talked with many Endmyopians who are suffering from eye pain and burning. dry eyes. starbursts. floaters. glare and after images. all after doing the so called"active focus" and when they confront jake steiner. he does not give a satisfying answer. tldr; your eyes are too precious. do not mess with them with methods from the internet that claim to heal you; go to an actual doctor
