Terrible estate agents for FTB
Terrible estate agents - we are trying to buy our first home and have spoke to 3 agents from this company and every single one has been incompetent. It is impossible to book a viewing and I feel we were constantly chasing for updates on offers and viewings to be told they will call back and they do not. We loved a property, made an offer but the agents have completely put us off it and any properties listed by Preston Baker will be avoided in the future. Looking at some past reviews from FTB this seems common. You are meant to be selling homes stop making people feel like nuisances trying to even get a viewing.
