Helpful team, but slow replies
I had a missing item in my order and reached out to customer service. It took about 5 days to get a response, which felt long, especially since I needed the item for an event. Once they replied, though, they were very polite and apologetic. They sent the missing piece right away and even included a small discount code for the inconvenience. The dress itself is gorgeous — the lace details are beautiful and it fits well. I did notice a few loose threads, but nothing major. I think they’re a small team handling a lot of orders, so patience is needed. But they do care about resolving issues. I’ll shop here again, but I’ll plan ahead and not leave things to the last minute.
