Terrible customer service and shipping is a joke. They solely care about upselling a “yearly membership” to customers. They will call you incessantly right after you place an order. Also, portions of my orders have randomly been cancelled, without notice, because the items suddenly weren’t in stock even though they are available on the website for purchase. Shipping takes forever, even though you pay for it, and they don’t care if packages are lost. Their “customer service” is useless and more than unhelpful when you contact them. Company is a joke. I’ll stick with CHEWY a company that actually cares about ANIMALS!!
