After conducting extensive research on a number of LED grow lights I chose Kind LED X420 due to them being a known company that offers a 5 year warranty, my light arrived within a week of ordering it which was as expected. What I disliked upon opening the light was the lack of quality control, for example the LED driver has some unexplainable gouges on the top edge/corner which it being brand new out of the box is unexpected, when I found that I did a more thorough inspection and found that some of the screws were loose and I had to go and make sure to retighten them, which led me to believe that the light I received might have been refurbished and sold as new. I expected better due to the price as well as the company being an established well known brand. The only reason I kept the X420 is because the hassle of exchanging the light for another was far less then just keeping it.
