Xiaomi 14 Ultra
I recently purchased Xiaomi 14 Ultra from Giztop. I ordered it on the 16th of Feb. I used express courier to deliver it to Johannesburg, South Africa and I got it delivered on 28th Feb. The phone was in excellent condition when I received it. There was some issues with the customs, they asked me to pay 66 USD, I reached out to Giztop and requested them to refund me. They stated this issue doesn't happen usually and refunded me half the amount, $33 USD. Whenever I reached out to Giztop via email or chat, they responded on time and kept reassuring me about quality and delivery. I am happy with the whole experience. I will surely order from them in the future as well.
