Made a purchase. Never got a shipping notice. Reached out and they apologised and offered a gift card. I said I didn’t want the gift card and wanted my item shipped. 8 days later - still no shipping notice and I asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund and 9 days later still nothing. Paypal has refunded me thankfully. If your gut says no on a website. Don’t purchase. I have learnt my lesson.
