I kept having issues with receiving my verification code to verify my phone number. The first chat session was fine but the issue wasn't solved and I was asked to wait untill the next day. The next day I tried again and it failed. I reïnitiated a chat session and almost instantly I was called arrogant and I should have provided information. When replying that they had not asked me for any information yet, I was told that I was rude and arrogant yet again. My chat session got ended and it seems they also blocked me from starting a new chat session! I decided to quit on this website and remove my account. However, it turns out that their website does not allow you to do so. Perhaps it is possible via a chat session, which by now I could not start anymore. It's all very strange but obviouslt TOPUPlive does not care about it's (potential) customers. The conversation was more than rude and I advise anyone to not make use of their service.
