ZERO stars earned!
If I could give this vendor less than 1 star I absolutely would. I placed an order with them based on their website claim of shipping taking place within 7 days of placing your order. Over two weeks later and multiple emails (that were flatly ignored) I had zero indication that my products had been shipped. I filed a dispute with PayPal and their response to PayPal was (paraphrasing here...) "we got really behind, please be patient and we'll get to it eventually." Ultimately I was issued a refund by PayPal.
