Beware renewal scam
I used the service when I had a creality printer. When I changed to bambu I no longer needed it. So I cancelled. However they still took the renewal payment. When I contacted them to ask why they claimed I had never cancelled. I asked for a refund as they didn't notify me they were going to take a payment so was unaware as I had cancelled. They then claim that their terms state no refunds and refuse to refund me even though their records showed I stooped using it 6 month before the renewal and the dates tie up with When I cancelled. Will never use this company again wirh their shady rentier practices.
