Poor experience, poor rating from me
Not happy with the experience of this website as I had emailed the company, Wondershare to enquire if the Dr Fone - Data Recovery (Android) software would be able to be compatible with my Samsung Galaxy A20e and not once did they respond back to me, so effectively this feels like a waste of time... very disappointing and frustrating when I am trying to deal with a significant problem with my smartphone.
