Had problems being heard as moderator
I logged in as moderator but I could not hear anyone though they could hear me. There was a lot of texting, logging in and out until I could finally be heard. Very frustrating and I'm still not sure what caused the problem. I appreciate the Free Conference.com service but found troubleshooting this problem disconcerting (I had not had this problem when I'd used the service previously). I may have entered some command inadvertently and wasn't able to reverse it - there didn't seem a way to get to a list of useful commands.
