Unresponsive Mediation Service - Delays in Public Exposure for Dispute Case
I submitted a formal complaint and mediation request via WikiFX EMC against PU Prime (Account 34215404) regarding $1,128.00 in arbitrarily deducted profits. The 7-day resolution window has expired without any response or resolution from the broker. Despite contacting WikiFX customer support to inquire about the delay and request moving the case to "Public Exposure" to warn other traders, I have received no update. WikiFX claims to protect traders, but delayed handling and lack of transparency on pending mediation cases fail the community. I urge WikiFX support to act on my case immediately and move it to Public Exposure.
