consistent, caring, "aloha" - THE BEST
I have been with this company for about 2 years now "mediterranean meal plan". Every meal is yummylicious and easy to 'heat and eat'. If and when I have any questions or concerns, "chat" or "phone" representatives are caring and most importantly, make the customer feel heard. It's always easy to be rated well during good times with no problems, but it's not as easy to be rated well during negative times. When I have an order that comes damaged, or when a food item is not edible due to a 'quality issue', I am immediately refunded, and a note is immediately sent to quality control. That is the mark of a GREAT COMPANY. There are enough food choices to make eating a different experience each time and I am delighted at how much I enjoy my meals. My only wish -- SALMON. I love love love salmon. The taste is superior. The accompanying veggies are the best; cooked to perfection. Problem -- the salmon is overdone to the point it is dry and I need to add ketsup. Not the worst problem, but I do wish the salmon was cooked more delicately so that it is moist and not firm. I am crossing my fingers and giving it time.
