I would give 0 stars
I would give 0 stars. No communication at all. We sent our machine back because it had some wiring issue and they were supposed to send us a replacement. After 3 months, they say they don't have a replacement machine and can "upgrade" us for £500 to Rotimatic Next. So they are trying to extort more money out of us instead of giving us the machine we already paid £2000 for! And once we said no and we want the machine we paid for, there is no response or even reply to our messages. Its been 4-5 months now.
