Unreliable and not customer focused!!!
No customer focus! I made an order on 27 Jan, but on 10 Feb the item had still not been processed. When I contacted Yoycol to ask why it is taking so long, they advised they were on vacation but they did not inform me of this when I placed order. My customer was not happy and on the 15 Feb asked to cancel the item and asked for a refund. When I asked Yoycol to cancel, they advised me that the order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. I only noticed afterward that the item had not been shiupped until the 18 February, if they didn't lie to me I could have at least had the item delivered to my address instead but I had to refund my customer, as the item was taking too long, but Yoycol delivered the item to my customer, because they lied and said the item was shipped when it was not, and did not refund me. I have also had another bad experience after so I will not be using Yoycol again!!! Avoid this Company, they are not reliable and do not care about thier customers, just want your money!!!
