Looting Money of Customers
I canceled my flight tickets a month back. I had booked the tickets within the offer that I wont be charged any cancellation. When I Cancelled the tickets it was told to me that I would be given full refund except some part which would be deducted. Its almost a month and whenever I call they give me a deadline for one week. Is Mr Scindia /Mr Modi taking a note of this .Can they ban this website, which is there to cheat customers.
