This is the worst experience I have
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a product beginning of December, and delivery date was shown as 7-10 working days. During this time, I checked with their customer services so many times and I was assured about the timeline. After 2 weeks I was told that, my order will be delivered within 10 working days which will be after Xmas and I want to cancel my order. Refund has been issued but just half of it!!! And for the remaining, I can not reach anyone. System is awful, service is awful. I havent seen their product but I think it will be awful as well. Never recommend!!!
