Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money! I spent over $100 on my hair and approximately $200 on bundles for my daughter, and the quality is terrible. The hair is thick at the top but becomes extremely thin and see-through halfway down, looking like a bunch of split ends. For the price, this is completely unacceptable and nothing like what I expected from the website. Shipping took so long that I discovered the hair was coming from China while tracking my order. Had I known that upfront, I would not have ordered. I have requested a refund and plan to return the hair. If this isn't resolved, I will dispute the charge. I work too hard for my money to waste over $300 on hair of this quality. I will never purchase from Lumiere Hair again!
