Viet Flowers Is Both Unreliable & Unresponsive - Don't Use
In April 2024 I ordered flowers 3 days in advance to be delivered in the suburbs of HCMC for a birthday at a specific date and time range from Viet Flowers. They were unable to figure out the recipients delivery address or name although it was provided & contacted me for clarification just hours before the requested delivery date & time when they had 3 days to obtain clarification for information they already had. I emailed them in a timely manner with a Google Maps link based on the already provided information - again providing the recipients delivery address & name even though they had all the information they needed. When I didn't hear back from them I submitted a request for help via their website before the requested delivery date while there was still time. The flowers were NOT delivered on the requested date, nor did they respond to my several communications to them, but they charged my credit card in full. Save yourself problems and use one of their competitors when delivering flowers in Vietnam. By the way, I submitted a review on the Viet-Flowers.com website which they didn't post since they only display 100% positive reviews.
