Late delivery | Time-consuming website | Unreliable service I paid $250 for ‘super rush’ delivery of a bunch of things for a surprise birthday party. Meant to arrive in 3-5 business days. On the 5th day when my expensive order hadn’t arrived, I complained - which seemed to trigger the beginning of production and their delivery service. Nothing arrived in time for the party. Complained, had courier fee refunded. Had to find alternative decorations. Package #1 arrived within 8 days in two tubes. Hard to unpack the items. One wall sticker damaged. Now waiting on package #2, which includes puzzles, glass, banners. Clearly sent after 6 working days. Entire experience a shambles. Unreliable. Decent enough products (so far) but not worth the angst.
