Baolau gave us a first class service
Baolau gave us a first class service for sleeper train bookings for our visits around Vietnam. Whilst the actual train services may not have been fully satisfactory, Baolau kept us updated on boarding cards, changes etc - highly recommendable. Thanks for the great service which left us with peace of mind - all worked out perfectly.
