Jetpac have now apologised for the inconvenience and given me extra data . This is of no use as the esim didn't work, really should have refunded the initial payment.
I'm afraid my experience was a very poor one. Purchased a 30 day esim for my trip to Brazil and confirmed with my UK provider beforehand. They confirmed everything was set up and advised taking out my UK sim to avoid any crossover confusion. When I arrived in Brazil, my phone kept saying could not make a connection. Went into a Vivo store, who was supposed to be the connecting network, and even they couldn't make it connect. So had to purchase a local Brazilian sim for less than the esim which gave me calling minutes, the esim did not include any, and have no problems with the Brazilian sim for less money. So not very impressed.
