Customer Service Rocks
I've gotta say that it's so nice to get good customer service these days and Bruce Peng went above and beyond for me. I was already nervous to make an inquiry for my trip to Thailand because I've never been on vacation and live in the US but not only did he respond quickly he held my hand through the whole process. I mean I changed my mind about my itinerary multiple times, ask question after question after question and probably drove him crazy but he was so patient with me! He answered all of those questions and made me feel like it was ok to be nervous about the whole thing. He was so kind and accommodating that at the end of it all I final had the confidence to know that my trip to Thailand was gonna rock!!! Thank you so much Bruce
