I ordered “U.S.size 10” & got XXL
I ordered a dress in “U.S.size 10”. What I received was XXL. I had taken a screenshot of my order page as proof. Roselinlin argued that the company’s order showed I had ordered XXL. Wrong. Then the company tried to tell me that sizes vary from country to country and that a 3cm difference was acceptable. The difference is more like 30 cm. I must pay for this to be shipped back to China in order to get 40% refund. This company makes cheap and shoddy garments and has an appalling refund / return policy. Do NOT order anything from this company.
