Unsafe and Unclean: A Dirty Plane and Concerning Start to the Flight
The captain began taxiing (rolling towards the runway) while passengers were still searching for their seats or placing their luggage in the overhead compartments. The staff speaks poor English but is friendly. The airplane I was on has most likely never been cleaned since its entry into service. There is leftover food, mold, and dust everywhere, as well as exposed electronics.
