$50 is a lot for a service you only use once but I was ready to pay for mobiletrans because I needed my old whatsapp chats from my android device. The real problem is that mobiletrans did not even work and I wasted so many hours trying from Saturday till Monday, and my chats were simply not appearing on my new iPhone device. Reaching out to the wondershare team isn't easy. I called them multiple times during their operating hours and nobody would pick up. The live chats are forever offline, and they only reply to emails once a day. For a $50 subscription (that most people would only use once for transferring WA data from different OS devices anyways), you would expect a quicker response from the team or at least live chat support. While the support team finally provided a solution during the second email, it was still overall a disappointing experience, to say the least.
