I had numerous fails trying to log into my account on your wedsite I also had an issue to process my 1 item purchased and found that you processed the purchase on my bank account twice. I called and spoke to your CS rep to be told otherwise. The purchase was 1 item and it corrected in my bank account later. Will I make another purchase thru you, it's a maybe due to this experience. The item I purchased however was very nice.
