Took my money-no order or confirmation
Hello Mini In the Box! I have spent hours looking for your contact number to tell you that you have taken my money weeks ago but there is no order in sight. I have also been forced to download your app to view my pending delivery which on the first page indicted there was a delivery in the check box above and enter all my details further only to see there is nothing coming or no order! This is a terrible setup for communication and I hope you reply soon. Otherwise I will raise a dispute with my card holder
