Top Notch Customer Service
I recently attended Anime Detour in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Right Stuf Anime had a booth at the convention with tons of merchandise, grab bags, manga, figures, etc. I ended up purchasing a figure from their booth (paid in cash). When I got home and opened the figure, I was disappointed to find a few manufacturer defects. I contacted Right Stuf Anime support and explained my situation, noting I did not have a receipt of purchase, as I paid in cash. Right Stuf support was able to corroborate my story, and worked with me to get a replacement figure. Right Stuf emailed me a return label, I sent the figure back, and as soon as the figure arrived at the return station, Right Stuf shipped a replacement figure back to me with priority shipping. The replacement figure looks great and has no defects. I worked with Jake in customer support. Jake was professional, responded quickly, and helped me resolve my issue. Excellent customer service.
