Left after paying for a 11,000 order to then get and email stating they forgot to charge me for a 42in handrail price difference from a 36 but before handing CASH over i was told the price remains the same and she gladly took my cash. There excuse was due to a new system ..but I've heard that 1.5yrs ago but this was a 600$ cash difference this time.. And when I called there mistake was not acknowledged and I have to take the hit when they told me it was same price and I couldn't pick my order up with out paying off balance....
